During the event, the team had the pleasure of presenting their clinical study “Predicting ovarian response with different antral follicular count (AFC) thresholds in oocyte donation: a prospective study”.
The study consisted of performing a prospective analysis of 695 oocyte donation cycles in women aged 18 to 35 years between 2017 and 2020, and comparing the results of cycles with an antral follicle count of 15, 18 and 20 according to the number of oocytes obtained, total number of mature oocytes and maturation rate. Study authors: Enrique Criado (CEO and laboratory director), Daniel Sosa (medical director), Abraham Zavala (physician) and embryologists Paloma Troncoso and Cristina González.
