Embryo Biopsy
Overview
This course provides a theoretical introduction followed by practical sessions on the assembly, configuration, and calibration of a laser system. Participants will learn the techniques for successful blastocyst biopsy, analyzing real cases through video demonstrations and images. The training also includes hands-on experience in tubing and sample preparation for analysis and shipment, ensuring sample traceability and addressing potential troubleshooting scenarios.
Practical course to learn the different techniques that are part of the embryo biopsy process (PGD). You will learn the procedures of pulling and flicking, methods to correctly perform the embryo biopsy. We will also show you how to prepare the trophectoderm fragments to send them to the genetics laboratory for analysis.
Students may withdraw from the contracted courses under certain conditions. If the withdrawal is due to force majeure, the full amount paid for the “Course or Training Payment” will be refunded. It is crucial to communicate and justify this situation as soon as possible, specifically within a “30-day withdrawal period,” provided that the program has not started, no teaching materials have been received, and there are fewer than 4 enrolled students. OVOLEARNING reserves the right to cancel the course if there are fewer than 4 students enrolled. In such a case, the student will be notified 30 days before the start of the course.
